First-Time Clients: If this is your first session with a specific therapist, please select “Initial Session” when booking. (Even if you have been here before with another therapist). Couples Therapy: When booking a couples session, please create one client file for the two of you, using both partners’ names.

Couples + Individual Therapy: If you are attending both couples and individual therapy, please create two separate Jane accounts — one for individual therapy and one for couples therapy.

Child 10 & under If you are booking for a child 10 & under, please create a file in your child’s name, not yours. If you are a client here already and have your own file, we can link the two. Please book your parent session, on your child’s file.
