About Me

Hello, I’m Brandon. Healing from deep, long-standing emotional wounds requires a space that is incredibly safe, intensely compassionate, and entirely yours. I am a Licensed Counselling Therapist offering exclusively online, virtual sessions across Canada. I provide therapy in both English and French, working solely with adults—both individuals and couples.

If you are carrying the heavy, tangled weight of a painful past, I want you to know that all of your parts are welcome here. In our work together, your autonomy is paramount. I deeply honor your boundaries, the power of your “no,” and the absolute importance of moving only with your permission.

My practice is dedicated entirely to deep internal work. I walk alongside clients who are navigating the profound impacts of C-PTSD and childhood trauma, DID, OSDD, childhood abuse, sexual trauma, and relationship abuse. I also hold a compassionate, specialized space for those navigating the painful intersections of cultural and racial traumas, eating disorders, chronic illness, OCD, severe anxiety, panic, depression, and suicidal ideation. Your story, however fragmented or heavy it may feel right now, is sacred.

My Approach: Deep Integration and Healing

My therapy practice is solely anchored in TRIP Therapy (Trauma Regulation Integration Processing, developed by Monique Hoving). Whether we are working one-on-one or together as a couple, TRIP is the engine of our work. It is a powerful, deeply respectful model designed to help you regulate an overwhelmed nervous system, process deep-rooted trauma, and build genuine, lasting internal peace.

While TRIP is the exclusive focus and foundation of my practice, I naturally weave in a tapestry of humanistic frameworks to support your unique healing process:

Attachment Theory (Gordon Neufeld): To understand and heal how early relational injuries have shaped your world.

Parts Work (Janina Fisher) & IFS (Internal Family Systems): To bring softness, warmth, and understanding to the protective, dissociated, or wounded parts of yourself.

Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT): To foster secure connection, emotional safety, and relational healing.

We won’t just talk around the pain. Together, we will actively work with your nervous system and your internal world to untangle it, always moving at a pace that honors the immense resilience that has kept you going this long.

Taking the Next Step

Healing is rarely a straight line, and reaching into the darkest spaces takes immense courage. Whether you are dealing with complex dissociation, the echoes of old abuse, or an overwhelming sense of darkness, please know you do not have to hold it alone anymore.

There is a way through, and I would be deeply honored to walk alongside you as you reclaim your life.
