First-Time Clients: If this is your first session with a specific therapist, please select “Initial Session” when booking. (Even if you have been here before with another therapist). Note: If “Initial Session” is not available, that therapist is likely not accepting new clients at this time.

Couples Therapy: When booking a couples session, please create one client file for the two of you, using both partners’ names.

Couples + Individual Therapy: If you are attending both couples and individual therapy, please create two separate Jane accounts — one for individual therapy and one for couples therapy.

Child 10 & under If you are booking for a child 10 & under, please create a file in your child’s name, not yours. If you are a client here already and have your own file, we can link the two. Please book your parent session, on your child’s file.

Couples Therapy

This session is for two people attending therapy together


Family Therapy

This session is for families attending therapy together.
It may include parents, children, siblings, or other family members looking to improve communication, resolve conflict, or support one another through a challenge


Child Therapy

This session is for children aged 10 and under and the first session is a parent session where the parent attends alone.


Specialty Sessions (TRIP, ART, EMDR etc.)

This session type is for specialized services that fall outside of standard individual, couples, or family therapy, these sessions require specialized training. Ex. EMDR, ART, TRIP, Addiction Focused Therapy sessions
